What to Tell Us When You Get in Touch
One complete message is all it takes to plan your ride. Here is what our team asks every guest:
- Date and start time. We run from 9:00 to 20:00; in summer, mornings and evenings are cooler.
- Tour or time you have. From the 30-minute Flashbacks to the 4-hour Full Experience. Not sure? Tell us how long you have.
- Number of people. Up to 4 ride in each tuk tuk; for 5 or more we send extra tuk tuks.
- Children's ages. Kids of any age can ride with an adult.
- Hotel name, if you want pickup. Free from hotels in central Madrid.
- Language and wishes. English or Spanish, and whether you'd like an electric tuk tuk if one is free.

How to Get to Plaza de Isabel II
Our tuk tuks wait on Plaza de Isabel II, the square between the Teatro Real opera house and Calle del Arenal in the Palacio neighborhood of Madrid's Centro district (postcode 28013).
- By metro: Ópera station, lines 2 and 5, opens onto the square.
- On foot from Sol: about 7 minutes west along Calle del Arenal, past the San Ginés church.
- From Plaza Mayor: about 7 minutes, via Calle Mayor.
- From the Palacio Real: about 5 minutes; walk through Plaza de Oriente and past the Teatro Real.
- Staying further out? Ask for the free hotel pickup in central Madrid instead.
